| We are looking into all possible angles now.
He did blink however that blink was caused by lag since he froze and the kabus around him froze as well. That is at 08s - 09s.
Then at 15s he warped.
My take is, this is not CE because if it is then all archers should be banned in game since this happens a lot.
I have forwarded this to GM Lexus for his decision still.
