| Hello Magnites,
We would like to inform you that Tantra-Magnum does not support scam cases since these are person to person transactions.
However here are some tips for players to avoid such cases.
DO's
- Be vigilant about offers that may be too good to be true
- Meet up with the seller in a safe place to avoid such issues (example: cloned characters, spam trade, and others)
- Inspect the item thoroughly for authenticity
- REPORT scam attempts or issues with concrete evidence (video or screenshot) for us to possibly ban that character
Dont's
- Take the seller's word for it EVEN if you know the seller personally
- Purchase items that need to be shipped from other countries or pay for shipping fees in advance
- Make any form of payment without seeing the item first
If any of our staff listed here (Tantra Magnum Staff) are present, you may politely ask them for assistance during your in game trades only. Tantra-Magnum staff does not support real life trades such as cash, loads, or virtual items from other games.
