Confiscating Items without checking the account?

Please explain to me why my 2pcs University Jackets which belongs to me & my friend ToTzKiE was confiscated without any further investigation. I am just trying to level up a character for my friend then suddenly you guys disconnected my 2 characters and confiscated my 2pcs University Jackets. This is so annoying. You could just Pm me and ask me where did I get it. It's not right to just disconnected me and get the items which I have traded from my main account.

Instead of leveling, I am now waiting for you to give it back to my account. And wondering how long this will take to solve this issue.

I am looking forward to solve this problem as soon as possible and never happen to any players again.

As I have mentioned in my post, it's 2pcs of University Jacket which have been confiscated. 1 male & 1 female. Female came from my donation and I just borrowed the Male Jacket from my friend ToTzKiE.

You might not know sir but only the package donators "CAN or MAY" obtain such item. It is not a usual item anyone could have. Only then if you donate 100$, you can get 1pc Magnum Jacket. The jacket may also be an event prize.

Though their is no news that magnum jacket will be confiscated but as you might know, these jackets are illegally possessed by players through the "ILLEGAL DROP EVENT" the former GMs have done.

Ignorance of the law excuses no one.

Thank you Pound for your comment. However, I am very much aware that you can only have this item once you have donated a 100USD package which happens to be the package that I have availed. We have donated same package with my friends reason why we have such kind of item.

ah ok now i get it. I didn't read the whole post. So you traded your item from one account to another? You should have looked for any staff that can witness the transferring. It's the same as you transfer your items from one account to another. Because you will be suspected of buying the item from an illegal source or obtaining an item from an illegal source. You can message GM Lexus directly through e-mail.

thanks Pound but issue has been resolved. I finally talked with GA Zeus and got my items back.
