| Hi Both parties,
In case stated about witnessing the items sold to PHP,
first , WE revised the code of witness that we are not longer accept PHP transaction witness,
FM mich, didn't yet open our revised code witness at that time but already discuss to other concern admin,
2nd , the said name ID , both parties are not in the list, so
as we said that , if your ID isn't in the list, we don't conduct such investigation for it,
every time you are going to take CAs attention for WITNESS, be sure that he/she will be the PT leader, and Lean first your IDs, Character names, items, Rupiah to make it valid and other purposes.
The case is not valid. unless you in the list.

| In my own opinion, that kind of transaction is void because as what GA Arthuro has stated, the code for trading has been revised and it was pointed out that there will be no support for PHP Transactions. However, seeing that one staff involved himself/herself in that transaction makes it nonetheless valid because the transaction is being intervened by a staff. Should the staff decline the invitation to witness PHP Transaction, this could not have happened.
