ARTICLE 6.AGREEMENT IN SCAM TO OWN SERVER, TRADING GOOD/ITEMS TO OTHER SERVER AND AGREEMENT REGARDING ITEMS SELLS IN CURRENCY:
CL, CA, CM one of the main duty is to WITNESS the trading of goods/items, sell items in currency made by PLAYERS, players from magnum and to other server.
One important to execute by authorize personnel is to list the character name and ID both side and the items going to exchange, it is need to keep it note you’re WITNESS LIST for future uses:
LIST the FOLLOWING:
-each Name of character
-each ID
-names of the goods/items
Advantage of WITNESS process:
-If ever there will be a report regarding SCAM in three (3) cases above, Authorize personnel will view first the list of WITNESS, and if ever the name of the scam person is on the list, we will make an INVESTIGATION for it; however we assure in about 80% of examination we will trace the perpetrator in accordance with process of investigation.
AGREEMENT: YOU SCAM, WE INVESTIGATE. WE BAN THE PERPETRATOR AND THAT WILL BE THE BENEFITS TO THE SCAM PERSON.
Disadvantage of WITNESS process:
-And if ever there will be SCAM in three (3) cases above, Authorize personnel will view first the list of WITNESS, and if ever the names of the scam person aren’t in the list, we will not take an action about the case, we don’t execute INVESTIGATION if there is a failure in tracing the name of the scam person.
Public knew already that must find first the CM, CA to take note each transaction,
-it is usually addressed to all players especially to a scam person, we are sorry to apply this because one of features of the game is, we do not tolerate scam, and that’s why we
investigate it, However we don’t support scam, we don’t REFUND scam. We pay only attention and investigation.
AGREEMENT: YOU SCAM, YET YOUR NAME IS NOT IN THE CMs, CAs LIST, NO INVESTIGATION WILL BE EXECUTED.

DEFERENCE'S BETWEEN SCAM TO OWN SERVER SCAM REGARDING TRADING ITEMS TO OTHER SERVER AND SELLING ITEMS IN CURRENCY.
-SCAM CASE TO OWN SERVER: WE DON’T REFUND SCAM ITEMS BUT WE INVESTIGATE ACCORDING AGREEMENT PROCEDURE.
-SCAM REGARDING TRADING ITEMS TO OTHER SERVER: WE DON’T REFUND SCAM ITEMS, IT IS NOT THE SERVER RESPONSIBLY IT’S THE PLAYERS RESPONSIBILITY AND TRADES THEIR OWN RISK, BUT WE INVESTIGATE ACCORDING AGREEMENT PROCEDURE.
-SCAM IN SELLING ITEM IN CURRENCY: WE DON’T REFUND SCAM ITEMS, WE DON’T REFUND THE CURRENCY LOSS, IT IS NOT SERVER RESPONSIBILITY IT’S THE PLAYERS RESPONSIBILITY AND BUY AND SELLS THEIR OWN RISK, BUT WE INVESTIGATE ACCORDING AGREEMENT PROCEDURE.
BENEFITS OF TO THE SCAM PERSON: BE GIVEN A PRIORITY OF INVESTIGATING HIS/HER CASE, IF HE/SHE IN THE LIST OF WITNESSES. AND BAN THE PERPETRATOR AND ITS COMPANY INVOLVE.
The purpose why we do open the WITNESS process is we are after the rules in accordance, we are citing to do such thing in serving only players are commonly used in trading items.
