| When Conducting a Trade Transaction make sure you Only Accommodate Trades such as: (FOR CAs and FMs)
1.) Item to Item
2.) Item to Rupiahs
No Real cash, Accounts, Loads or other Media should be involved in a transaction trade conducted under any Admin's Supervision.
Also, When conducting a trade transaction:
1. CAs and FMs will ASK for both parties USER ID. (Security check for Logs, Etc.)
2. CAs and FMs will HOLD the ITEMS of BOTH parties, You’re not just gonna stand there and do NOTHING.
3. CAs and FMs will take the item(s) from Player (A) and also the item of Player(B).
4. CAs and FMs shall be responsible for Doing the Trading of Merchants.
5. If the Step 1 - 4 Were not FOLLOWED, any loss items / rupees WILL NOT BE SUPPORTED. In case, neither of the Party decided to LOG OUT before the transaction has been Finish.
6. All Logs will be Submit to GA StarX or GA Justice, with the following: USER ID's of both parties, Character names, Item(s) traded from whom to whom, Date and Time, and your personal Comment and observation of the transaction or the behavior of the Players.
7. Failure to obey Steps 1 - 4 and Step 6 will result to your CONDUCTED transaction to be INVALID and will not be recognized by Tantra Magnum.
8. Make sure that the PARTY LEADER are the CAs and FMs when conducting a Trade Transaction to avoid any Cloners in the Party.
9. Make sure you are aware of any Cloners who will try to Scam the Transaction.
10. Any CAs and FMs conducted a PHP Transaction will not be recognize by Tantra Magnum, hence it will be the liability of CAs or FMs if ever there will be SCAM, CAs and FMs will be the one to REFUND such Loss/Scam.
